A REPS Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer & Boxercise Instructor. My goal and passion are to achieve your goals in creating the body that you want! I've been into fitness for the last 12 years but taken this on professionally for the last 3 years. Every exercise and nutrition program I provide are tailored to each individual.

I’m Sam 24 years old and a Reps qualified level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. The key word to describe what I do is ‘growth’ growth as a person and growth in health. 

My fitness journey started with me being underweight and unhealthy. 

Changing my well-being helped me massively and that’s what I can do best for others! 

I have over 5 years experience in fitness but this is my first year professionally, I would describe myself as approachable, friendly and passionate about what I do.
